Transcript Requests

If former students have a transcript request, please complete the following form and bring the completed form to the school. Additionally, you can e-mail it to Mr. Keel, high school counselor, at keel.adam@lee.k12.al.us. If you are a former student requesting your transcript, we will need the $5 processing fee prior to being able to send the transcript.
